Our prices start at £395 for up to 6 radiators, £495 for a typical 7–12 radiator family home, and £645 for larger properties with 13+ radiators (all prices exclude VAT). The price is fixed before we start — no hourly billing, no surprise extras. All jobs include Magnaclean filter, inhibitor, and a 5-year guarantee.

Almost certainly. Worcester Bosch, Vaillant, Ideal, and Baxi all require proof of system cleanse before honouring their warranties on new boilers. We provide a full written report you can send to your installer or manufacturer.

Minimal disruption. We work from one access point, lay protective sheets, and clean up fully. Heating is back on the same day — usually within 5 minutes of finishing the flush.

In rare cases (typically very old systems with corroded radiators), a flush alone won't restore full heat. We'll always tell you upfront if we suspect this during the survey. If we recommend a flush and it doesn't deliver, we revisit free — that's covered by our 5-year guarantee.
